The primary goal of Switch Technology Günther is to fully satisfy our customer needs.
At STG, we do not make compromises when it comes to quality control in all of our processes. Our target is “zero defect” from the very beginning.
The “zero defect” policy stipulates that no defective materials should enter the production lines and that no non-conforming intermediate products or finished products should be passed to the next stage. Check points for error detection are installed at critical stations throughout the manufacturing process.

About us
STG Germany GmbH was founded in January 2004 in Nuremberg, Germany, as successor and brand- holder to the renowned W. Günther GmbH, which itself was founded as early as February 1922.
The company took over the complete know-how from Nuremberg, the customers, as well as the patents and it is entitled to use the GÜNTHER® trademark. Furthermore STG Germany GmBH expanded beyond this by taking over the company Bachem GmbH & Co. KG from Berlin, and founding sister- companies in Romania and India.
The main production unit was transferred to Blaj, Romania. All three units in Germany, Romania and India have their own sales and R&D departments to contribute to improvement of customer relations. Measures were set in place to enable our unit in India, to setup an independent production unit with potential for further expansion. Headquarters and a specialized production element remain in Nuremberg, Germany.
